Refund & Replacement Policy

At Veltrix, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed as lost during transit, we may offer a replacement or a refund after reviewing the shipment status with the carrier.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for unwanted items, change of mind, or incorrect purchases made by the customer.

Customers should carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications before placing an order.

Return Shipping

Customers should not return any product unless instructed to do so by Veltrix.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or shipping carriers

  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
