  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 8–12 business days

  • Canada: 8–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 8–12 business days

  • Australia: 10–15 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Veltrix may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Lost or Stolen Packages
